About Examination Cell

The Examination Cell Of Kshatriya College Of Engineering (KCEA) functions in accordance with the academic regulations, examination guidelines, and norms prescribed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). The cell is responsible for the effective planning, co-ordination and conduct of Internal Assessments and End Semester Examinations (ESE) for all under graduate and post graduate programs.

The Examination Cell ensures strict confidentiality, transparency, and integrity in all examination-related activities such as Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE), Semester Examinations, Valuation  and  Result Processing as per JNTUH regulations.

The cell acts as a liaison between the college and JNTUH Examination Branch, co-ordinating activities related to Notification Circulation, Online Examination Applications, Hall Ticket, Conduct of Examinations, Valuation, Result Analysis and Post-Examination Services.

Functions of the Examination Cell (as per JNTUH Norms)

  • Implementation of JNTUH Academic Regulations
  • Conduct of Continuous Internal Evaluations (Mid-I & Mid-II), Internal and External Practical Examinations
  • Preparation and display of Internal Marks as per JNTUH guidelines
  • Co-ordination of End Semester Examinations (ESE) conducted by JNTUH
  • Issue of Hall Tickets and verification of student eligibility
  • Processing of Results, Re-valuation, Recounting and Supplementary Examinations
  • Maintenance of student academic records, award lists, and grade sheets
  • Guidance for student applications for Transcripts, Migration Certificates, Original Degree(OD) etc. from University
